Leasing Procedure & Requirements - Proof of insurance with the VIN of
our trailer on it and showing us as the loss payee. - $1,500 deposit, which will be
refunded when the trailer is returned undamaged. - The trailers must be washed inside and out before returning. Failure to wash inside will forfeit $100 of deposit, and the same goes for the outside. - Deposit and first months rent upon
pick up of the trailer - A post dated check for 30 days from
pick up for the second month's rent, and so fourth till the
end of the lease term.
